The Story

CONYER BROTHERS Freight Brokerage & Logistics was founded by Joe Conyer of Baltimore City.  Mr. Conyer is a graduate of Morgan State University, an HBCU and Johns Hoskins University with degrees in Finance and Organizational Leadership.

 

Joe began his professional career in banking underwriting commercial loans. Within a relatively short period of time, he was promoted to Vice President at Bank of America, where he led a team of bank tellers, account representatives, loan officers and financial securities while managing daily operations. Joe excelled in this position thriving in a fast-paced work environment. It was from banking he was recruited into the highly lucrative pharmaceutical sales industry.

 

With over 20 years of successful sales, marketing and management experience with a few Fortune 500 companies, Joe found himself unable to find adequate employment in the DMV area resulting from the coronavirus pandemic.

 

With childhood aspirations of becoming a business owner and entrepreneur Joe quickly realized an opportunity to enter the transportation industry as a freight broker. A position which would allow Joe to leverage his financial background, leadership skills, sales and marketing acumen.
